Welcome to Ellie in Bloom. These Terms and Conditions govern the booking of colour analysis and style consultations with me, Ellie. By booking a session through Calendly or using this website, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1. Bookings and Payments

• The Booking Process: All consultations are booked via Calendly. A booking is only confirmed once you have completed the scheduling process and full payment (or the required deposit, if applicable) has been successfully processed.

• Pricing: Prices for all sessions are clearly stated on the website and within Calendly at the time of booking. I reserve the right to change prices, but any changes will not affect bookings that have already been confirmed and paid for.

• Payment Methods: Payments are processed securely via our integrated third-party payment provider (e.g., Stripe) at the point of booking on Calendly.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

I understand that life transitions and unexpected events happen. Because my sessions require dedicated preparation, the following policy applies:

• Rescheduling: You can reschedule your appointment free of charge via your Calendly confirmation link up to 48 hours before your scheduled session time.

• Late Rescheduling: Any requests to reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a rescheduling fee, at my discretion, to cover lost studio/consultation time.

• Cancellations: * Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the session will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session, or "no-shows" on the day, are non-refundable.

3. Client Preparation and Participation

The advanced 16-subseason colour analysis method relies on accurate visual assessment to achieve results that are precisely yours.

• Online Consultations (if applicable): You agree to provide high-quality, clear photographs taken in natural daylight according to the specific guidelines sent to you after booking. Delays in providing these photographs may result in your session being rescheduled.

• In-Person Consultations (if applicable): Please arrive for your appointment wearing no makeup (including tinted moisturiser or spray tan). Wearing makeup can alter the natural undertones of your skin and impact the precision of the 16-subseason analysis.

4. Intellectual Property & Personal Use

• Bespoke Materials: Following your consultation, you will receive a personalised colour palette and/or style guide. These materials are for your personal use only.

• Copyright: The content of these guides, the website, and any digital materials remain the intellectual property of Ellie in Bloom. You may not copy, share, resell, or distribute these materials for commercial purposes.

5. Disclaimer & Health Note

• A Note from Ellie: While I am a qualified former GP, Ellie in Bloom is a colour and style consultancy. The sessions, advice, and conversations we have during our consultations are focused solely on style, colour, and confidence. They do not constitute, nor should they replace, professional medical, psychological, or mental health advice.

6. Liability

• I provide my services with reasonable care and skill, using advanced analysis methods. However, style and colour perception contain subjective elements, and I cannot guarantee specific personal outcomes.

• To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Ellie in Bloom's total liability to you for any claim arising out of your booking shall be limited to the total amount paid by you for that specific consultation.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising out of them, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
